About Sachkhand Nanak Dham
Life Can Be Overwhelming. We’re Here to Help.
At Sachkhand Nanak Dham International, we recognise the weight many people carry today. Life moves fast and the pressure to keep up financially, emotionally and physically can be exhausting. Without realising it, many hold stress, anxiety, fear and inner conflict that quietly builds over time.
As society advances deeper into the digital age, the power to create, share and access information has given the everyday person more knowledge, influence and control. But with it, the mind has become harder to manage with ego, lust, anger, greed and attachment having reached overwhelming levels.
These now dominate everyday life. And in a world that often demands more than it gives back, it’s easy to feel helpless. Sachkhand Nanak Dham International exists to change that by helping people become more conscious and take control of their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Because when you help yourself, you’re better able to help others. This is where the mantra comes in:
“Nanak Naam Chardi Kala, Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bhala”
— Do something good for somebody in your life.
Our Organisation
Sachkhand Nanak Dham is a global charity comprising two main pillars:
Sachkhand Nanak Dham: Focuses on mental and spiritual wellbeing through spiritual teachings (Satsangs), meditation (Simran) and healing music (Kirtan).
Das Dharam: Sitting under the umbrella of Sachkhand Nanak Dham, Das Dharam is the foundation of our humanitarian work. Our volunteers take part in multiple charity projects as part of selfless service (sewa) and community support, such as social work, health services, community meals, support for orphanages, education and more.
